Terrace

From the living room you step onto the sunny terrace through the sliding windows. There is the dining table with 6 chairs. You have sun blinds. There are also glass curtains all around so that the room can warm up when it is still a bit chilly. In the summer you open it completely.

When you enter there is a long corridor in front of you with the rooms on the left. The first room opens into the hall and has a double bed 160x200 and a built-in wardrobe. The annex bathroom has a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The washing machine is also there.

Further in the hallway you have on the left a room with 2 separate beds and a built-in wardrobe. Annexe the bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.

At the end of the hallway you have the master bedroom: a large comfortable bed with super comfortable mattress, large fitted wardrobes and a window with a view of the sea. Annex you have the bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

There are 4 beach chairs, 2 sunbeds and 2 parasols in the apartment. You can use these for the beach and the pool.

There is parking for a medium car in the garage. It certainly takes dexterity to park there.

Swimming pool: Respect for (consumption of) water is requested because there is a scarcity of water on the Costa del Sol. Due to the drought problems on the Costa del Sol, it is prohibited to use water for the swimming pool, garden or terrace. As a result, most swimming pools will be closed from 1/10/2024.

People are asked not to shout in the hallway and not to walk through the hallway wet or in swimming trunks.
