From your south-west facing terrace you have a beautiful sea view and you look over the famous 'La Carihuela', a formal fishing port, now the place to be all year round. You can see people walking on the boulevard. Located on the beach and also close to the center of Torremolinos. A large swimming pool in a tropical, well-maintained garden with its own restaurant and bar. Best location ever!

About the apartment

The apartment is comfortable with attention to details.

It has a bathroom, a living room with bed, open kitchen and terrace.

The orientation is southeast, so you have the sun on the terrace in the morning and afternoon. From there you can enjoy amazing sunsets.

There is a large queen-size bed (160x200) with a soft mattress, a mattress pad, special memory foam pillows, high-quality bed linen, cotton sheets in summer and duvet in winter. You have blackout curtains in the bedroom and living room and there is an electric shutter in the bedroom. There is air conditioning and heating.

From the sofa you can pull out an additional beds 140x190.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain and hand shower. You have shower gel and shampoo (2in1) and a hairdryer. There is also a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with sufficient equipment and the cutlery, crockery and glasses. There is a fridge with freezer, hob, oven, microwave.

There is a Nespresso, a coffee maker and toaster.

Access for the guests

You have access to the apartment, the beautiful communal pool and garden, the private road to the beach, the private elevator to the beach, the reception and restaurant, the free parking in front of and around the building.

Reception in the building open 24/7. You can leave your luggage there and use the swimming pool, garden, bar (if you arrive early and your apartment is not ready yet or you have a late flight).

The swimming pool is open in the Semana Santa in april and from the 1st of june to octobre at specific hours and there is a lifeguard. The garden with sunbeds and parasols can always be used. It is not heated.

Sheets and towels are included. Beach towel, beach chairs, parasol available.

There is a restaurant and a bar near the pool: breakfast, lunch menu, drinks are very cheap.
